A great senior center. Plenty of events and the Terrace Cafe is a good place for light snacks and conversations.

I love the Summit. Ages 55 and up is perfect. Always peaceful and everyone is respectful towards one another. The aerobics classes, and Vortex is great. Just a lot to do.

Today was my dad’s first day as a member after relocating to Texas, and unfortunately, it welcoming experience we had hoped for, was completely ruined by an overzealous staff member. While touring the facility, a current member kindly invited us over to show us some of the equipment. As she invited me to briefly sit on one of the machines so she could show me the settings, a staff member named Carmen approached us yelling without first asking who we were, whether we needed assistance, or if we were on a guided tour. She loudly addressed all three of us, radioed the front desk about the situation, then walked upstairs and yelled back down toward us again, drawing unnecessary attention and creating an embarrassing scene, even the member Annette was apologetic about “getting us in trouble” My dad was so uncomfortable that he wanted to leave, despite this being his very first visit and his opportunity to learn the facility and meet new people. Carmen later half apologized, but only after trying to explain that she “didn’t know he was a new member.” The problem is that she never even asked. The Summit is awesome. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. There's fun friendship things like movies, pool, and art classes. They have a lot of different kinds of exercise equipment, including a pool, hotub, sauna and swimming lanes. I haven't tried the exercise classes yet, but that's on my to-do list.

This is the most awesome fitness facility I have seen. The staff are very helpful and friendly and keep it clean. There are multiple classes and events for health fitness and fun. Me, my sister, and our mother enjoy the amenities to the fullest. Thank you!
